1. Limited Warranty Duration: Lux Avenue provides a limited warranty covering your purchased items for a period of one year from the original date of purchase.
2. Covered Items: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the specified duration. It applies only to products purchased directly from Lux Avenue.
3. What is Covered: Lux Avenue will, at its discretion, repair or replace items found to be defective during the warranty period. This includes issues related to craftsmanship and material defects, primarily:
• Manufacturing defects.• Breakage of jewellery due to production faults.
• Loss of stone from the settlement due to a production fault.
4. What is Not Covered: This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper care. It also does not cover alterations or modifications made by anyone other than Lux Avenue. Some examples include:
• Product that has severe dents or has been bent.• Damage on plating caused by skin acidity.
• Discoloration due to wear and tear or lack of care for the product.
• Breakage of product/falling of stones due to negligence.
• Loss of product.
• Cleaning of the product otherwise than indicated.
5. How to Make a Warranty Claim: If you believe your item is covered by this warranty, please contact our Customer Service team at luxavenuemalta@gmail.com within the warranty period. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, original receipt or proof of purchase, and photographic evidence if possible.
Our team will reach out with any additional questions, if necessary, and will provide a way forward. We may ask to view the product in order to investigate further, and if necessary will arrange a meet-up point accordingly.
6. Resolution Options: Lux Avenue will assess each warranty claim individually. If the claim is accepted, the product will be repaired. In the case a product cannot be repaired you will be granted an exchange, or credit note equivalent to the value of the product at the time of purchase.
7. Shipping Costs: Lux Avenue will cover the cost of shipping for valid warranty claims within the warranty period, once approved by our team. However, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns for reasons other than warranty claims.
8. Exclusions: This warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to items purchased from unauthorised resellers.
9. Changes to the Warranty Policy: Lux Avenue reserves the right to modify or terminate this warranty policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
